Access versus MS-SQL Server - Database Comparison
Selecting Access versus SQL Server depends on how much traffic you expect to get at your site.

Access Database Advantages

Access Database Disadvantages
Access database has a size restriction of 2GB, so if you plan to develop a large database with a lot of information, tables, and users, you better use MS-SQL Server.
