- Affiliate Program Settings -
The basic setup of your affiliate program.
The main settings page 'Affiliate Program Default Settings' is mandatory. To use all of our advanced features you can setup more commission profiles, design a scalable commission structure, add more domains for your affiliate network (Only in the Affiliate Network Script), add categories / subcategories - for large websites (Only in the Affiliate Network Script), add more payment methods and design your payment reports export file to integrate the affiliate system with other software (check printing application, accounting software).
- Affiliates -
This section manage your affiliates. You can view your active, non-active, frozen, rejected and pending approval affiliates. You can change their status as well as their commission profile (the commission structure of the affiliate). You can add affiliate manually and send HTML newsletter to all your affiliates or to a group of them.
- Commission Reports -
Create payment reports to pay your affiliates, view your payment history and all your affiliate activities. You can also view your affiliate earnings as a pie chart to demonstrate graphically the ratio between different affiliates.
- Sales -
View your sale reports, add manually standard (one-time) or recurring sales.
You can also reverse / delete sales in case of chargebacks or refunds - you don't have to pay affiliates commissions for canceled sales.
- Links Manager -
This section manage your affiliate links. It is important to create as many links as possible in different types (images / flash banners, text links, HTML ads and search boxes).
It is also much recommended to create many landing pages (the page that affiliate links refer to), so affiliate websites will point to different sections of your site.
In this section you can view also your links / landing pages statistics.
- Campaign Manager -
This section manage your campaigns outside the affiliate software. It is used to track clicks / sales / convert rate for campaigns that are not related to your affiliate program.
